Ashley Perich

Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson realized that there was no turning back once they got together in their Hamburg church. Ashley was 17 years old and hadn't had any type of relationship, and so was very cautious about everything. The couple immediately fell in love. Andrew asked for Ashley on New Year's Eve just prior to the start of the year in 2016, praying that God would grant him a last blessing this year. Then, Ashley would get married to him. Ashley wanted to design a wedding with a folk woodsy theme, which was a true representation of her and Andrew. The couple incorporated a bit of everything they loved to create the big day. Ashley was born on 40 acres which were chosen as the venue. Ashley knew the entire region, having walked through it and playing on the land. Andrew, Ashley and their acquaintances had walked through the field several times before they began to date. Personalization was key since Andrew and Ashley did the majority of it themselves. Andrew's father and Ashley as well as Ashley designed the ceremony and arches for the seats. Ashley made and painted several of the wedding decors.
